This new build house is located in the garden of a derelict pair of semi-detached properties. Planning was obtained for a new house in the large garden and Purslows specified tendered and project managed the project for a developer client in conjunction with the renovation of the existing properties on the site. The property is a four bedroom house with open plan living accommodation to the ground floor. The house has a traditional brick and flint appearance externally with a contemporary interior and is very energy efficient.
