Description:
Purslows acted as Employer’s Agent for a Local Authority partnership for the construction of a commercial unit to serve as an engineering education centre for local high school and sixth form students. Purslows developed the brief to comply with education standards (Building Bulletins) and liaised with the design and construction team to ensure a high quality building was delivered. The building provides classrooms labs and workshops along with an adjoining warehouse unit for larger manufacturing activities.
