Description:

Purslows were responsible for the external repair and re-roofing of a Grade II* Listed building located in Thornage near the historic market town of Holt. The building dates back to the 15th Century and was originally a Grange for the Bishop of Norwich. Purslows successfully obtained Listed Building Consent on behalf of the client to simplify and replace the existing roof light arrangement to the rear roof slope, improving both the external appearance and long-term serviceability of the roof. Purslows produced a detailed repairs specification and oversaw the careful repair works including specialist stoneworks repairs to preserve the building fabric for years to come.
